Cacao and Drawing Ritual with Sarah Vaccariello

Join us on Saturday, May 4th, for a unique Cacao and Art Release Ceremony. We will connect with the sacred medicine of Cacao, tune into our bodies, and let go of any energies that no longer serve us.

Utilizing ancient wisdom and the properties of Cacao, a potent natural medicine, we can open our hearts. This allows for deeper exploration of our emotions, introspection, and significant inner growth. We will begin a journey to transcribe these stagnant energies onto paper, employing a dynamic blend of automatic meditative drawing and more deliberate, intentional imagery.  This cathartic energy release frees these energies from our personal sphere, imprinting them onto the page. In doing so, we create a void, which we can then fill with something new, something we desire.

The act of drawing, or creating with our hands in any form, is not just an artistic endeavour. It's a potent medicine, a transformative method that enables us to move energy and enact change from within, allowing us to transform ourselves from the inside out.

 Through this process, we not only create art, but we also sculpt our inner selves, shaping our future with every stroke of the pen. Asking yourself, what are you ready to draw into your life? What do you desire to manifest? As we shift our attention and draw from creation and manifestation.

Painting workshop guided by Sarah Vacariello 

Sarah's work delves into character portraits and spiritual, natural, and cosmic realms. Lately, she emphasizes plant medicines on her canvases, using her art as a conduit for their visions. She narrates her own and others' stories, seeing art as a means to channel energy, assimilate insights and facilitate healing.

Since 2017, America embarked on a spiritual journey to reconnect with ancestral traditions. As a documentarian, she interacted with elders worldwide and discovered Cacao, sparking her healing process. Inspired by indigenous communities, she co- create with Reynaldo Castro Ofrenda Fest, a platform combining Art and Ritual for communal healing and earth reconnection.
