Book Launch: ALL THE WAYS WE LIED by Aida Zilelian

Aida Zilelian, a first generation Armenian-American writer, educator and storyteller from Queens, discusses her life as an author and the creative process in writing her most recent novel ALL THE WAYS WE LIED, a novel set in Queens, NY about an American-Armenian family. Her novel explores the commonality of sisterhood with four unforgettable women who have nothing in common, except that they are bound by blood and history.

Zilelian is the author “The Legacy of Lost Things” (2015, Bleeding Heart Publications) which was the recipient of the 2014 Tölölyan Prize in Contemporary Literature. Aida has been featured in the Huffington Post, NPR’s Takeaway, Poets & Writers, and Kirkus Reviews, among other reading series and print outlets.
