Lunchtime Yoga in Long Island City with Ge
Join experienced hatha yoga instructor and certified personal trainer Ge Wang for a lunchtime mobility focused yoga class in the heart of the Long Island City central business district on your lunch break! Breathe, gently stretch and mindfully move through traditional hatha yoga poses under the blacklight. All levels including beginners will be accomodated. No previous experience necessary. Yoga mats are also provided free to use.
