LICP Talks Labor & Employment: Harassment & Discri

Is LIC Partnership Event

During the last 18 months, employers have been forced to adopt remote work policies and implement social distancing and mask-wearing when physically in the workplace. Along with these changes, employers should review their harassment and discrimination policies to ensure that new work-related situations are captured and expectations set. During this interactive session, we will highlight policy changes your organization should consider and provide best practices for managing conduct and responding to concerns raised by remote workers.

Domenique Camacho Moran, Partner + Head of the Labor & Employment Group at Farrell Fritz will explore this topic in detail and discuss ways to manage these issues in the pandemic and post-pandemic environments.

As always, we welcome participants to submit questions prior to and during the interactive presentation.

Hosted by the Long Island City Partnership, welcome remarks will be presented by Elizabeth Lusskin, President and Q&A will be moderated by Charles Yu, Senior Director of Business Assistance.
