Our Mommy + Me class is a strength and stretch based Pilates class designed as a nurturing space for moms to reconnect with their bodies, build strength, and release tension. Movements are intentional and supportive for all stages of motherhood, including postpartum. Babies up to age 4 are welcome. Wear them or let them roam nearby. All exercises are fully modifiable so you can move confidently at your own pace.
What to bring:
Your baby or bump, a carrier, and anything your LO needs to feel comfortable.
