Join us for a 45-minute Mat Pilates class designed to build strength, improve flexibility, and support mindful movement. Through controlled, intentional exercises, you’ll strengthen your core, improve posture, and release tension in a supportive environment. Expect an energizing workout paired with a great playlist to keep you motivated. All levels are welcome. Mats are included, just bring yourself and get ready to move.
