Adaptive Dance for All by The Dancer Movement Monday, December 11, 6:30 – 7:30pm ​Join us at Culture Lab LIC for an inclusive and exciting Adaptive Dance experience by The Dancer Movement! Get ready to dance and have a blast! Our Adaptive Dance for All event is designed to be inclusive for everyone, with this class being adult-focused. No matter your ability or experience, come and express yourself through movement – ensuring that everyone feels comfortable and empowered. Adaptive Dance is a 60 minute accessible movement class. The Dancer Movement group classes offer a multitude of different modifications for any level of mobility and ability. Dance experience is not required but different levels will be provided for those who do have experience. Exercises will utilize classical dance movements and vocabulary stemming from Ballet, Modern, and Jazz Dance. Each class culminates with a choreographed dance that builds upon the ideas taught in that class.
