DESCRIPTION:Close to 300 LIC business and community members joined us for our 11th Annual Real Estate Breakfast at The Learning Center at Con Edison. The event featured a panel of prominent leaders in the Real Estate community. Special thanks to David Brause from Brause Realty Inc for moderating and our esteemed speakers Shibber Khan from Criterion Group Steve Klein from Brickman\, Paul Neuman from Neuman’s Kitchen – Events & Catering and Ravi Patel from The Ravel Hotel part of Ravel Management Group. Guests enjoyed catering by Con Edison\, as well as a delectable spread provided by Neuman’s Kitchen. SUMMARY:Networking Night at Spaces
DESCRIPTION:Nearly 100 LIC business and community members came out to meet and mingle at Spaces — the brand new co-working facility that launched their first U.S. location right here in Long Island City at the Falchi Building. The event featured many partners also located in the creative commercial hub. Guests enjoyed latin-inspired bites by Don Tapas NYCs\, open Monday through Friday for lunch\, serving up a special ceviche on Fridays. Astoria Distilling Company created a special “Partnership Perk” cocktail crafted with Queens Courage New York Old Tom Gin gin\, also available at Proof+Gauge\, the distilling company’s tasting room. Ride sharing service Lyft was on hand to help guests get set up and ready to ride. Nearby food manufacturer Eleni’s New York sent guests home with Painted Heart sweet treats.
