A key part of Frances’ work includes supporting small business owners and nonprofit organizations through their LinkLocal advertising program. Everything Frances does is rooted in advancing LinkNYC’s mission to enhance connectivity and promote community engagement through innovative digital infrastructure that empowers and connects all New Yorkers. \n  \nAlba Cuellar is the Community Specialist and LinkLocal Coordinator for LinkNYC. In this role\, Alba focuses on delivering an exceptional user experience for everyone utilizing their Link features\, whether it’s making calls\, accessing Wi-Fi\, using tablet functionalities\, or any other feature\, as well as gathering the public’s feedback. A key aspect of Alba’s work is ensuring that the LinkLocal program continues to serve as a free advertising platform for small businesses\, non-profits\, and community organizations across NYC.
