As part of the State’s “Combating Sexual Harassment in the Workplace” initiative\, all New York employers must adopt an anti-sexual harassment policy by October 9\, 2018 and conduct\ninteractive sexual harassment training for all of its employees (management and non-management) by October 9\, 2019\, with annual trainings thereafter.
