Cacao Circles are portals connecting our minds with our hearts and transcending our consciousness into peace. Following the Mayan Calendar, the Chol’Qi, we observe the tradition of drinking cacao ‘chaqiya’ to bring in balance, health, wealth, and bliss.
If you’re familiar with the Mayan Chol’Qi calendar, we will be connecting with the energy of Aq’a’bal, the energy of the makaw and bat. A time to find balance with duality. In life there is day and night, feminine and masculine, sunrise and sunset, up and down, and the transitioning points in between. These transitions are when we ascend into our courageousness, boldness and even-mindedness. Just like cacao it comes from under the ground grows with both darkness and light to then bring harmony to our being. The diversity of life comes from these dualities dancing in harmony and we can live in that cosmic dance too.
