Meditation has multiple forms and when practiced regularly becomes your state of being. Imagine being blissed out 99% of the time, well this is where meditation practice gets you to. Honoring World Meditation Day, we will guide you through 3 simple meditation practices that have been done for eons! No matter if it’s your first time or you have been practicing for lifetimes, group meditation is like flying on magic carpet ride.

Experience going from visualization and imagination, to mantra (literally means to liberate the mind) to music meditation. Maybe you’ve done none, one or all, either way meditation is a gateway to your internal heavenly garden.

Akash and Andrea are avid practitioners of meditation, yoga and kirtan for over 10 years. They follow the 4 main paths of yoga combining the physical practices with selfless service, philosophy and music serving from the heart. They are ecstatic to share these practices with you as they are what keep them in their steady state of bliss.
