This gathering honors the sacred medicine of cacao and the Mayan Cosmovision, followed by a grounding sound meditation. In alignment with ancestral traditions, we drink cacao ceremonially and consciously, guided by Mayan spiritual teachings.
Guided by the energy of 5 Q’anil through the wisdom of the Maya Cholq’ij calendar and held within the trecena of K’at, the sacred fire of liberation and un-entanglement, we gather to nourish the seeds that have already been planted within our lives.
Q’anil is the energy of fertility, creation, nourishment, and maturation—supporting all that is seeking to grow into fuller expression. Combined with the energy of 5, representing action, reciprocity, and the movement of creation through the hands, this ceremony invites us to actively tend to what we are building with devotion, courage, and trust.
Under the guiding fire of K’at, we are invited to release the fears, attachments, and limitations that keep us entangled from our growth so that what is meant for us may mature with greater clarity and alignment.
