Queens Dinner Club features an Indonesian feast from Awang Kitchen. The evening’s menu will consist of an eight-course traditional liwetan feast served on banana leaves. The evening will also feature bespoke desserts from Chef Peter Zaharatos of Long Island City’s Sugar Cube. Zaharatos, known for cutting edge confections created with aid of a 3-D printer, is excited to design sweets to complement Chef Awang’s menu.
