Mount Sinai Queens Pink Party

Mount Sinai Queens Pink Party

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, which is an annual campaign to increase awareness of the disease. While most people are aware of breast cancer, many forget to take the steps to have a plan to detect the disease in its early stages and encourage others to do the same. We have made a lot of progress but creating awareness is vital! Join Mount Sinai Queens’ “Pink Party” which is a special event to raise awareness about the importance of screening for breast cancer. The Pink Party will include a contest for the best pink outfits! Refreshments served.

Presenters:
Malini D. Sur, MD, is a surgical oncologist at Mount Sinai Queens and Assistant Professor, Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, Division of Surgical Oncology.
Nima Patel, MD, is a board certified cosmetic and reconstructive surgeon specializing in aesthetic and reconstructive surgery for the face, breast, and body.
