Green Space presents Green Space Blooms: 10th Anniversary Queens Celebration of Dance 37-24 24th St., Ste. 301, Long Island City, NY March 30th and 31st, and April 1st and 2nd at 8pm Spring Blooms, A Family Performance, March 31st at 11am (Long Island City) Dance Entropy presents the 10th Anniversary of Green Space Blooms, a Queens celebration of new dance and music. The festival will take place at Green Space, on March 30th and 31st, and April 1st and 2nd at 8pm. Spring Blooms, A Family Friendly Performance on March 31st at 11am Admission: Presale tickets $15, Tickets at the door $20. Tickets available online at www.GreenSpaceStudio.org. GREEN SPACE BLOOMS In response to the growing community of choreographers and dance artists in Queens, Dance Entropy inaugurated the Green Space Blooms Dance Festival in April 2007. The 10th Anniversary of Green Space Blooms will feature 27 diverse choreographers, as well as resident company Valerie Green/Dance Entropy. This special anniversary edition will highlight choreographers who have presented work at Green Space spanning the last decade. Completing each evening is a live music post-performance party, sharing sounds from a different ethnic tradition each night, curated by Open Music Ensemble. Green Space is in the red brick, four -story building. (Approximately a ten-minute walk.)
